CAE Engineer (New Energy) 1 Person Suzhou 2022-05-26 >: Job Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above, within 35 years old, major in mechanical design and manufacturing and automation, thermal energy and power；
2、More than 2 years of working experience in this position or related positions in the manufacturing industry, proficient in the use of ANSYS, FLOEFD, starccm and other software；
Job Responsibilities：
1、According to the structure of the parts, the structural strength and product performance simulation calculation are carried out; According to the system functional requirements, 1D and 3D simulation of battery thermal management related components and systems are carried out；
2、System simulation platform development: Use simulation software, such as KULI tools, to build battery models, vehicle matching models, etc., and perform calculations and system evaluations；
3、Build a hardware test platform for system simulation testing; Verify system performance and refine the simulation platform based on simulation results；
4、Using the simulation platform, the performance and durability of the system and components are verified to meet the design specifications, and provide theoretical support for the standardization of products and parts；
5、Write reports and documents related to system simulation development and testing.

Job Responsibilities：
1 、Preparation of project master plan, project progress control and risk identification；
2 、Preparation and reporting of reporting documents for each phase of the project ；

4 、Coordinate the new project client's phased review of the project team's welcome and closure of review issues ；

Product Design Engineer (New Energy) 2 Person Suzhou 2022-05-26 >: Job Requirements：
1、Bachelor degree or above, thermodynamics, fluids, automotive, mechanical, vehicle engineering and other related majors, 3 years or more relevant work experience；
2、More than 1 year of structural development experience, air conditioning system, heat exchanger, liquid cold plate and other structural development experience, with automotive power battery water cooling system mechanism development experience, battery industry or vehicle air conditioning, cooling industry work experience is preferred；
3、Familiar with PACK layout, battery thermal management principles and control strategies, understand the commonly used pipes, joints, thermal conductivity and sealing materials；
4、Familiar with the relevant processes and standards of automotive industry related parts development, proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Catia 3D software, familiar with TS16949 APQP process；
5、Familiarity with common machining and welding methods, the application of fluid analysis related software (Fluent, CFD) and the analysis of structural strength by Ansys.
Job Responsibilities：
1、Assist in the design, selection and system matching of power battery thermal management system components (such as water cooling boards, pipes, joints, chillers, fans, cryogenic radiators and their accessories, etc.).；
2、Responsible for the structural design of battery liquid cold plate products, the internal layout of the PACK system, the design of component performance matching, the planning of test tests, and the solution of technical problems in product design；
3、Responsible for the follow-up, feedback and review of the product development process and continuous design improvement；
4、Responsible for the preparation of 2D and 3D drawings, documents and related technical data related to project design that need to be output at all stages of product design.
